artist's statement
My work is a reflection of what brings me joy - spirit filled offerings of colour, intensity and passion. i begin each work with intention and try to stay open to what wants to happen as the work unfolds.. I believe the creative act is sacred, a mixture of connection, healing, joy, aroha, and life force. Whatever i work on contains this essence and i believe this transmits long after it has left my hands.
