FACING THE MINOTAUR - finding your way through the darkness.
This heartmade course is designed to bring the pathways into and out of the shadow to light. Together we will work with myth, creativity, the magic of circling women, visualisation, journalling and a few good laughs to discover resilient ways of claiming our whole selves.
This is not for those who want to be shiny at all costs (ok i think it would be great for those people) but you have to be ready. You have to ache for wholeness.
You have to want to find a way of not being scared of your shadow self.
Together we can build a pathway and a tender place for the dark things to come to the light.
